My pond journey began in 2018 at Lilypons Water Gardens, where I started as a team member responsible for carefully selecting water lilies and other aquatic plants from the many ponds across the property for mail orders. During my time there, I developed a deep passion for the business, which led me to work my way up to the role of General Manager and Pond Builder. I poured my heart into every project, gaining invaluable experience in pond design, maintenance, and construction. With the company’s closing in March 2025, I found myself at a crossroads.

So, what’s next for me? I founded RGM Ponds to continue my love for the craft and to carry forward the values that have driven my success.
